Where we ship

We ship within the United States and to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Shipping cost

United States: flat $8 per order, no matter how many you buy.
Canada, UK & Australia: flat $14.99 per order, free on orders of $79.97 or more.

Processing and delivery

Holiday Haven is a small, independent shop. Our orders ship from our international fulfillment partner. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and we email you a tracking number as soon as yours ships. Once it's on its way, US delivery usually takes 7-12 business days and Canada, UK and Australia orders usually take 7-14 business days. If your order is going to take longer than expected, we'll email you rather than leave you guessing.

Ordering for Christmas

Want it up before Christmas? Order by Monday, November 30 for US delivery and by Friday, November 20 for Canada, the UK and Australia. Orders placed after those dates will still ship, but we can't promise they'll arrive before December 25. The good news: snowflakes are winter decor, so they'll look right at home through January and February.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships. If you haven't received tracking and it's been longer than you expected, email ryler.heyman@icloud.com and we'll look into it.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address, though a second shipping charge may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered but you don't have it, email ryler.heyman@icloud.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.

Returns

Returns are covered by our refund policy. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order.
